Dr. Agrawal has addressed many training programmes at NRAI, LBS, National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie specially on land reforms to IAS officers and Bangladesh Civil Service Officers.
Dr. Agrawal made a presentation at the World Bank and at Rakshak Foundation, an US Foundation how to remove poverty through implementation of land reforms. Also addressed to management students, administrators and corporate executives.
Dr. Agarwal addressed participates from LokSabha, RajyaSabha Secretariat, State Assemblies’ Secretariat and foreign countries on consumer laws at BPST, Parliament,New Delhi.
